Sound 3	what were they thinking about? they should fire who ever made this pedal. the movement between the high tones and low ones is to too sudden... useless
Usability 2	I guess boss forgot how you write a manual, maybe it's too compleacated for them
Reliability 0	ask the customer support I didn't hold it for much longer
